2.  Central Michigan University:  This site gives prospective students an overview of what Central Michigan is all about.  They have information about scholarships, financial aid, and applying on-line.  The website is http://www.cmich.edu.

3.  Bay de Noc Community College:  This site provides available courses so that students can sign up for courses on-line.  It also has an on-line library that allows Bay students to view periodicals on-line.  The website is http://www.baydenoc.cc.mi.us/.

4.  DiscoverySchool.com:  This site lets you see sample lesson plans for any grade K-12.  It also offers a broad range of topics from animal classification to algebra.  The website is http://school.discovery.com/lessonplans/

5.  LessonPlansPage.com:  This site offers over 2,000 free lesson plans for teachers K-12.  It also has job listings and teacher magazines.  The website is http://www.lessonplanspage.com/index.html.

6.  Lesson Plan:  This site offers a place where teachers can subit and share unique lesson plans.  It offers plans for all grades including undergraduates.  The website is http://faldo.atmos.uiuc.edu/CLA/.

7.  Job Search:  This site offers a list of professional job openings across the country.  It gives brief descriptions and rate among other things.  The website is http://www.msubillings.edu/jobsearch/careerpg.htm.

8.  HotJobs.com:  This site lets you type in what kind of job you are looking for and where you are looking.  It limits the results to your search criteria.  The website is http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/.

9.  Monster.com:  This site lets you search for jobs and also lets you post your resume, so people can view it.  It offers a wide range of job opportunities.  The website is http://www.monster.com/.

10.  Phi Theta Kappa:  This site offers applications for scholarships for PTK members.  There are also links to find jobs and get academic help.  The website is http://www.ptk.org/.

11.  Federal Department of Education:  This site gives an overview of the No Child Left Behind plan.  It also lets the public view their plans for education spending.  The website is http://www.ed.gov/.

12.  Michigan's Department of Education:  This site introduces the State Board of Education members and their responsibilities.  It also has links to the curriculum and standards of Michigan schools.  The website is http://www.michigan.gov/mde.

13.  Virtual Field Trip:  This site offers over 30 free virtual field trips designed for grades K-12.  It is also a winner of the USA Today Education Award.  The website is http://www.field-guides.com/.

14.  Hawaiian Field Trip:  This site offers students and teachers to explore the islands of Hawaii.  There are also electronic quizzes that students can take to demonstrate what they learned about Hawaii.  The website address is http://satftp.soest.hawaii.edu/space/hawaii/virtual.field.trips.html.

15.  VolcanoWorld Virtual Field Trips:  This site allows students and teachers to explore various volanoes, caves, and even the planet Mars.  It also gives the facts and figures about each volcano.  The website is http://volcano.und.nodak.edu/vwdocs/kids/vrtrips.html.

16.  Michigan Technology Standards:  This site provides an overview of the six standards for technology content in the Michigan Curriculum Framework.  It also allows you to find how those standards apply to elementary, middle, and high schools.  The website is http://mtn.merit.edu/mcf/TEC.html.

19.  Classroom Management:  This site allows you to organize your management skills in the classroom.  It has links about preparation and pupil misbehavior that guide you through steps on how to deal with these issues.  The website is http://inset.ul.ie/cm/.
