2.  Northwood University, Midland, Michigan.  After graduating from high school, I attended Northwood Institute (as it was known then) to obtain a degree in fashion merchandising and business. 10. Recruiting teachers. Website established by former President Clinton to address the national  teacher shortage. A one-stop Internet clearinghouse to help school districts find qualified teachers and help teachers find out where the jobs are. 11.  Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS).  Web page that posts job opportunities for the Traverse City School District. Currently, teaching positions in Traverse City are few and far between. They are considering closing another elementary school.  http://www.tcaps.net/employment.shtml

It exists for the purpose of leading and consolidating the efforts of individuals and groups working to achieve healthy development and constructive education for all young children.
