Reuters: Cheney Won't Back Down on Saddam-Qaeda Links

There was no connection between al Qaeda and Saddam Hussein's regime. Colin Powell has said it, as has Bush. And now the 9/11 commission has stated that there was no "collaborative relationship" between the two. Yet Cheney has refused to back down from his assertion to the contrary, which he repeated again earlier this week during an appearance at a conservative think tank. When asked if Cheney would retract his statement, an administration official replied: "Hell no!"

Hell no? What the fuck? I mean, profound arrogance in the face of any contradiction of the Bush administration party line is, well, nothing new. But "Hell no!"? That's nuts. You're wrong, Cheney, you unbelievable evil man. And we all know it. So why don't you own up to it or show us some motherfucking proof. Douchebag.
