Chasing Tornadoes

Scary weather here today. I think I'll go for another run. Better to see the tornadoes. And/or the floods. Really not the best Michigan May I've ever seen.

This is just too weird.

At the Sloan show the other night, a nice girl came up to us and and told us about a cool local band. They are called Venkman, and it turns out they're pretty good. I downloaded three songs and have been listening to them on non-stop repeat for the last hour. Good stuff.

Years ago, back when I lived in Chicago, I knew a guy called Jason Dumbledinger. And this guy had the honor of having Wesley Willis write a song about him, called, of course, "Jason Dumbledinger." Wes may be with us no longer, but now you can have your very own Wes song (lyrics only). Check it out at the bottom of this page.

Here's mine, BTW:

Andy Price

by Wesley Willis

You are my special Andy Price.
You can really rock your ass off.
You are the Andy Price king.
Right on brother.

ANDY PRICE!!!
ANDY PRICE!!!
ANDY PRICE!!!
ANDY PRICE!!!

Andy Price is excellent.
You can really rock it out.
You really whoop the horse's ass.
You really whoop Saddam Hussein's ass.

ANDY PRICE!!!
ANDY PRICE!!!
ANDY PRICE!!!
ANDY PRICE!!!

You really whoop a llama's ass.
You can really rock your ass off.
You are the andy price king.
I like you a lot in the long run.

Rock over London,
Rock on Chicago.

The heartbeat of America - that's today's Chevrolet.

Oh fuck YEAH! THAT is COOL!

Go with God.

Andy P. (the Andy Price king)
