Authority
|
Level 2
|
This site has contact information provided but no
author is mention, I believe this is the case for it is the museums web
site so for some of the virtual tours the museum is the reference, not the
author.

Affiliation
|
Level 4
|
This site is supported by a reputable institution
known as the Musee des arts et métiers and there is no apparent bias
in the information that this institution provides.
|
Objectivity
|
Level 4
|
This Web page contains almost no advertising other
than it is it's own advertisement for the actual museum, also the page is
free of bias.
|
Audience
|
Level 2
|
This Web page is a little to advanced for most of
the high school french students, though the information is superb, it is
more French IV material than those in level I-III.

Level 3
|
This site has been updated within the last year
though it is not particular as to when it was last updated.
|
Content
|
Level 4
|
This site relates to my objectives perfectly, the
site is up to date, linked well, and is well organized, though it is all
in french so it will be hard for those in any course lower than French IV
to understand.

Web Site Design
|
Level 4
|
This Web site loads very well with great visual
aids from in-depth pictures to actual movies, it is very easy to navigate
for those who know french, and for those who do not they can still navigate
the site using the pictures.

Notes: This site is a perfect reference or visual aid for teachers
of higher level french classes. The site has many different activities
and different ways in which a student can become involved with his or her
learning. The site itself contains practical information all the way
to current debates that are being held over controversial pieces of art
and technology. Once again, for a teacher of a high level course this
site has a lot of value in the classroom, for it gets the student involved
with what they are learning.
